Eating healthy breakfast can make your day bright and beautiful !! You must have seen so many people so cheerful and so active in the morning after breakfast.. The glow on their faces is remarkable. But on the other side, after having a breakfast of parathas, puris, bhature etc etc make you so laazzyy and sleepyy.. A heavy breakfast will make you not only plum, but also dull and obese. Healthy Breakfast options:
This can be prepared with roasted peanuts, chopped onion and chipped rice (poha). Try making indori poha. It is sweet n salty..very yummm !!
Also known as sevai. It looks similar to chowmein for kids, so they are always eager to eat this healthy breakfast! Can be prepared with Peas, Carrot, onion, peanuts etc.

4. Idli with chutney
Very famous South Indian breakfast menu. It can be made up of rice or rava. Served with coconut chutney makes this food delicious!
5. Bread slice with butter and milk
The most epic American breakfast option. Bread slice with milk is the ideal breakfast that you can get anywhere, anytime! Try developing taste for brown bread, it’s really heathy !!
6. Salad sandwiches
These sandwiches can be made of bread slices with cucumber, tomatoes, onion, lettuce leaf, sprouts, cottage cheese (paneer) etc.
Dalia is a tasty cereal dish that’s made from cracked wheat, which is high in protein, fiber, and iron.

This is prepared similar to poha. Chopped tomatoes can be added in this as well.

10. Besan cheela
A mixture of besan (Chickpea powder) with water and salt and little red chilli powder. Try to cook in nonstick pan with least amount of oil.
11. Besan bread toast
Dip the bread in besan (chickpea powder) mixture and fry in nonstick frying pan with least amount of oil !!!
12. Akki roti – A special dish of Karnataka
Akki rotti is a rice-based breakfast item unique to the state of Karnataka, India. It is made of rice flour which is mixed with salt and water and kneaded well till the dough gets soft.
13. Ven Pongal
Main ingredients: Rice, Milk, Jaggery, Coconut pieces or Mung bean, Pepper or Tamarind. Pongal is a popular rice dish in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Sri Lanka.

1. Garlic bread toast at home..
Buy Amul cheese-spread and apply on bread. Roast it in oven or a pan. Later, apply some garlic seasoning and here you are !! Delicious !!
2. Bread pizza..
Pick up your bread piece, put some ketchup, sprinkle some salt over it. Put the chopped and saute the vegetables till brown. Sprinkle some cheese from the cubes and roast it in pan or oven !! and Here you are…..another great dish at home !!!
